چکیده

As sensor nodes communicate via wireless channels, information security is essential for networks. Efficient protection mechanisms to ensure data among are critical. This study developed the bi-directed grouping (top-down (TDG) and bottom-up (BUG)) methods. In this study, we propose a group-based key distribution method, “aggregator-based grouping” (ABG), which combines advantages of TDG BUG address issues nodes. It employs horizontal vertical searches, based on breadth-first aggregator respectively. A node performs encryption decryption only when it requires either aggregation or inter-group communication. The secure method can be applied key-grouping management. We compared proposed with using same number groups network structure. For maximum group members 50 (total = 1000), BUG, ABG reduced operations by ~36%. avoids unnecessary in network.

Wireless sensor networks are composed of very small devices, called sensor nodes, for numerous applications in the environment. In adversarial environments, the securitybecomes a crucial issue in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). There are various securityservices in WSNs such as key management, authentication, and pairwise keyestablishment. Due to some limitations on sensor nodes, the previous k...

Design and evaluation of two distributed methods for sensors placement in Wireless Sensor Networks

Adequate coverage is one of the main problems for distributed wireless sensor networks and The effectiveness of that highly depends on the sensor deployment scheme. Given a finite number of sensors, optimizing the sensor deployment will provide sufficient sensor coverage and save power of sensors for movement to target location to adequate coverage. In this paper, we apply fuzzy logic system to...

Multiple Target Tracking in Wireless Sensor Networks Based on Sensor Grouping and Hybrid Iterative-Heuristic Optimization

A novel hybrid method for tracking multiple indistinguishable maneuvering targets using a wireless sensor network is introduced in this paper. The problem of tracking the location of targets is formulated as a Maximum Likelihood Estimation. We propose a hybrid optimization method, which consists of an iterative and a heuristic search method, for finding the location of targets simultaneously. T...

Key Distribution Approaches for Wireless Sensor Networks

Wireless sensor networks pose new security and privacy challenges. One of the important challenges is how to bootstrap secure communications among nodes. Several key management schemes have been proposed. However, they either cannot offer strong resilience against node capture attacks, or require too much memory for achieving the desired connectivity. The proposed Bloms algorithm outperforms ot...
